Dear Prospective JICS Families,
Welcome to James Island Christian School, a private, Christian K3-8th grade school located in James Island, South Carolina. At JICS we are dedicated to providing students with an education that includes both a strong Christian worldview and a rigorous academic program.
By offering small classrooms with low teacher to student ratios, we are able to invest in our students as individuals and meet them where they are. Our teachers approach learning with a whole-child mentality, focusing on the spiritual, emotional, physical, and academic growth of our students. This approach is complemented by a partnership with the home, actively involving the parents in the education of their children.
